According to the Section 3 of the Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act, 1971,

“Whoever intentionally prevents the singing of the Indian National Anthem or causes disturbance to any assembly engaged in such singing shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.”

If the said video turns out to be true then Parvez Rasool might be In for some serious trouble.

The Video however is not conclusive enough to prove the charges. Parvez Rasool might just have just been casually standing and singing the national anthem. Twitter was not going to let Parvez Rasool go free so easily though. This is how twitterati showed their discontent.
