Britain Queens Tennis Championship

In recent times, a strange but beautiful incident took place when Rafael stopped a tennis match in the middle of the game, as a mother in the audience was in tears because her daughter was lost.

This incident happened in Majorca, the hometown of Rafa where he was playing an exhibition doubles against John McEnroe and Carlos Moya with his partner Simon Solbas. Rafael was all set to serve but suddenly he noticed chaos in the crowd.

A crying mother was seen on the TV, searching for her daughter with a steward. She was calling her daughter’s name very loudly and this moved Rafael.

He instantly started a court-wide search for the girl and guess what, she was found shortly. Everybody clapped as the mother and daughter united and Rafael was back at what he does the best, i.e., playing tennis.
