Ranbir & Aishwarya Finally Opened Up About Hot & Intimate Scenes In ADHM

Karan Johar’s “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” has been in ‘Mushkil’ for quite good time now taking into consideration the fact that the movie starred a Pakistani actor Fawad Khan. However, things got settled and the flick finally released but there is no denying the fact that it did make headlines for a number of reasons, good as well as bad, ever since its trailer launched!

One of the most talked about things of “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” has been, without a doubt, steamy and intimate scenes between Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor. Indisputably, much has been written and said in this connection but there was no statement from the actors so far.

Nevertheless, Aishwarya has finally made up mind of speaking about her bold avatar in KJo’s ADHM and said that what she did was the script’s demand plus scenes had been shot aesthetically, as per the report of IB Times.

“Today I have worked, I know the overview. It is about how you approach a character and doing that is relevant to times from 20 years ago. It is done in a classy way. It is not frivolous sensuality onscreen.”

Aish disclosed that she comfortably portrayed the character while speaking to Filmfare. In her words,

“Karan would’ve liked a lot more intimacy. But I’ve not gone beyond in terms of my comfort space.”

She also shared information of Saba, her character in ADHM,

“It’s the Saba-Ayan dynamics. She’s a progressive lady, impactful enough to become his voice for the rest of his life, the reason he writes. He sings her poetry, he finds expression in that. She continues to be part of his life forever. There’s a continuum even in the separation.”

Aish further said,

“You’ll come away seeing only ‘wow chemistry’ or you’ll come away seeing the depth.”

The actress is pleased that the movie is creating controversies,

“I’ve no insecurities doing a film where I age, where visually I look nothing from what you’d expect – considering there’s a constant visual dissection for someone like me! I choose to do the least expected. I’m glad it has turned out being different, in a Karan Johar narrative. The female response has been amazing.”

She also raised questions on linking age relating to male-female dynamics.

“Like a journalist said when age is not discussed in the male dynamic, why is it being discussed so much in the female dynamic?”

In an interview, Ranbir disclosed about his first encounter with the actress,

“I just passed out of the 10th standard. Pitaji ki jo film thi, Aa Ab Laut Chalein, usmein unhone acting kari thi and main film main ek assistant director tha. Aur wahin hamari dosti hogai thi. Of course, Aishwarya Rai hai. Woh age main bhi aap thode enamoured ho jaate ho. Us age main bhi aapko idea hojata hai ki ladki kya hoti hai, ladki se Ishq hota hai.”

He also confessed,

“So I think woh jo mera pehla dil toota tha, woh mera dil halka sa Aishwarya Rai ke liye toota tha!”

When Ranbir was asked about any difficulty while shooting intimate scenes with Aish, he said,

“Sharam aati thi, mere haath shiver hote the. Kabhi-Kabhi main unke gaal ko touch karne main jhijhakta tha. Phir unhone hi bola, ‘Listen, what’s wrong with you? We are acting, cmon’ do it properly.’ Phir maine socha, kabhi aisa mauka milega nahi, so maine bhi mauke pe chauka maar diya!”

Apart from Ranbir & Aish, the movie also stars Anushka Sharma in lead role while in cameo, audiences can see Shah Rukh Khan, Lisa Haydon, Imran Abbas and Fawad Khan.
