In the year 1996, period of their courtship phase, Khiladiyon ka Khiladi starring Akshay Kumar, Rekha and Raveena Tandon released after which rumors of Akshay and Rekha’s link-up started doing rounds. It was getting unbearable on the part of Raveena who was already troubled with the actor’s colorful temperament. She found it difficult to bear the disloyalty and a shattered Raveena broke her relationship with Akshay.
After their break-up, the actress gave a number of shocking interviews against her ex. As per her, what all she wants is loyalty and Akshay always anticipated that she forgives him. Raveena even did the same and took him back for 3 long yrs but there’s a limit of everything. Even more shockingly, while being engaged to Raveena, Akshay had been engaged to 2 more girls as well.
In an interview given by her in July 1999, she went on to say that the Khiladi Kumar was in a habit of proposing each girl he met and if this continued for a little longer, Akshay would need to call parents of almost 75% girls of Mumbai as ‘Mom & Dad’. As per her, she was not blaming any girl for break-up with Akshay since her lover was unfaithful.
Their relationship ended on a sour note and as of present, both are happily married to different persons!
