This piece of news is definitely going to shock all fans of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. Now, there are rumors that Sumona Chakravarti, who plays the role of Sarla, the daughter of Dr. Mashoor Gulati has taken the decision of quitting the show. Yes, you heard it right!
Sumona Chakravarti gained popularity with the show ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ wherein she had played the role of Manju, the on-screen wife of Kapil Sharma.
Later, she joined Kapil’s new show on Sony, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ wherein she is shown romantically interested in Kapil Sharma (Kappu).
If reports are to be believed, Sumona isn’t quite happy with makers since they have decided to introduce a new character in the show, who is going to be the love interest of Kapil. Sumona is quite pissed off with makers and hence, she has decided to bid a goodbye to the show.
Further, reports add that Sumona was demanding a hike in fees which makers didn’t agree to. On asking Sumona about this, she said ‘No Comments’.
We seriously hope Sumona doesn’t quit as everyone loves the Jodi of Kapil and Sumona.
