Recently a man has some complaints about the obscene ads that were coming in his IRCTC app. He went out to Twitter and complained about it, with the screenshots. Little did he know that it will come back all onto him and he will get trolled mercilessly for this.
IRCTC as always been quick and efficient with their replies, they cater the need of the users almost immediately. IRCTC is also known for its witty and smart replies. So when this man posted this tweet, they were quick with their response.

Irctc uses Googles ad serving tool ADX for serving ads.These ads uses cookies to target the user. Based on user history and browsing behaviour ads are shown. Pl clean and delete all browser cookies and history to avoid such ads .

But this does not stop here, apparently the man did not understand how it works. Still. He replied, ” Very vague and cryptic reply. You are requested to please elaborate in detail with a specific instance. IRCTC cannot shun the responsibility without providing the details.”
This again made people to troll him.
