Namastey London, the Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer was loved by the audience for its plot. We all are waiting for the same magic to be recreated with “Namastey Canada”, the Vipul Shah movie.
Earlier, it was named “Namastey England” but later, it was changed to “Namastey Canada”. There were rumors that this time it’s not Akshay Kumar, but Arjun Kapoor in the lead role. This news is confirmed, but what about the actress? Who is Katrina’s replacement?
It’s our favorite chulbuli actress Parineeti Chopra who is going to play the lead actress in the film. It’s indeed a great news as Parineeti always makes the film look lively, agree?
Her entry was confirmed by Vipul Shah himself; people thought that Namastey Canada is a sequel to Namastey London, but he clarified that the plots are completely different and there’s no connection whatsoever. In fact, he thanked Akshay for sharing the title!
So, with Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti in lead roles, memories of Ishaqzaade will be refreshed. Basically, it’s a family entertainer and we are sure audience will give a thumbs up.
