You must have heard the tales of love in which a prince from a far country comes riding on his horse to take his bride along with him and all of a sudden, whatever grief and sorrows the girl had turn into happiness and they live happily ever after!
However, this story is little different and not groom but the bride from Russia came all the way to Rajasthan, India to marry her love! Sounds unbelievable but true!!
Russian Alina falls in love with an Indian Jat named Vikas hailing from Devror, a village in Rajasthan.
They met while studying MBBS and had been classmates in Russia; thereafter got a job in the same hospital in Russia, came closer to each other, and eventually tied knot.
Vikas had been to Crimea State Medical University, Russia for studying MBBS and co-incidentally, Alina too was in the same university.
After taking permission from families, they got married according to Hindu tradition and rituals in a private hotel.
Vikas’ father Kamal Singh is a Deputy Commander in BSF and mother Suman is a house wife whereas Alina’s father is a businessman in Russia.
