Salman Khan Asks AR Rahman, “Mere Liye Kab Kaam Karoge”; Rahman Gives An Epic Reply - RVCJ Media

Presently, an old video from 2014 is going viral in which Salman Khan is on the stage with AR Rahman. While speaking to the media, Salman calls Rahman an average artist and asks him when he (Rahman) will work with him (Salman). Then Salman tries to shake hands with AR Rahman but the musician keeps his hands in the pocket and the actor has to pull his hand out.

Later on, when a reporter asked AR Rahman that Salman asked him a question about working with him, when that will be possible. In response AR Rahman said that then Salman has to work in that type of movies which he likes.

Here is the video:

There is no denying the fact that Salman Khan was joking when he called AR Rahman an average composer but it seems that the music maestro didn’t like it at all. Co-incidentally, AR Rahman has given music in Suhash Ghai directed “Yuvraaj” (2008) in which Salman Khan played the lead role.

AR Rahman has worked very less in Bollywood and in 2020, he reveals in an interview that he never says No to good movies but he feels that there is a gang that is spreading wrong and false information about him in the industry because of which people are not approaching him for work.

He stated that he gave four songs to Mukesh Chhabra for “Dil Bechara” in two days after which Mukesh revealed to him that many people told him not to approach Rahman and there are many stories and rumours against him. AR Rahman added that then he got to understand why he is not doing many Hindi films and why he is not getting good movies.

What do you think of the answer given by AR Rahman? Truly savage, isn’t it?
