Eid and Salman Khan films are just inseparable. Salman plans a movie release every Eid, out of which some are superhits while some are flops. The best example of flop would be “Tubelight”, which hit the screens on Eid 2017.
Critics and audience didn’t Tubelight but let’s see if his next offering proves to be lucky or not. Sallu Bhai has revealed his plans for Eid 2019 and we are overjoyed.
Well, he will be coming up with the film titled “Bharat”, produced by Atul Agnihotri. Ali Abbas Zafar is the director & it’s surely going to be a deadly combo. Both the combinations work; with Atul, Salman had given a hit Bodyguard and with Ali Zafar, he had delivered Sultan.
Now that all 3 are coming together, we can expect something HUGE. Well, Bharat is an adaptation of “Ode to My Father”, a Korean Film (2014), that shed light on Korean history right from the 1950.
Talking about the story of Bharat, Atul said,
“It’s the journey of a country and also a person, both of whom go by the name of Bharat. That film is just the starting point for ours but since it was an inspiration, we wanted in all fairness to officially own it and acquired the remake rights before going ahead with Bharat.”

The shooting of this film will start in April 2018. Hope this movie turns out to be a big one.
