Remo D’Souza, the famous choreographer and director is keeping very busy these days. His hands are full with multiple movies and he is keen on launching his app as well. 2017 has given him a great opportunity, wondering what is it?
Well he is all set to work with Bollywood’s Bhai Salman Khan. You got it right; Salman Khan has signed a film with him in which he will be essaying the character of an ageing dancer, who happens to be the father of a 13 year old girl.
According to reports by Mumbai Mirror, Salman has started his preparations for the role as he has to undergo rigorous training for giving a feel to that character. Reports also said that the movie is inspired for Hollywood flick “Step Up”.
Remo is super excited about his venture and says
“All of them. But I am the biggest fan of Salman Khan. And I think God will make my dream come true this year, or maybe this year with the film I am doing with him (Salman Khan).”
Even Salman gave his confirmation and said
“In my next, I’m playing the father to a 13-year-old girl. It’s a film about dancing. Like the Hollywood Step Up franchise. I’m going to be a properly trained dancer. You know how painful that is? But I’ve always believed that effortless hard work should be seen on-screen.”
Reports say that Remo and Salman had met an year back for discussing the script but things didn’t work out because the actor was super busy. This movie is slated to go on the floors by 2018, after Salman completes Kabir Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai.
This deal was cracked last month when Remo attended Salman Khan’s birthday bash on the 27th of December. It will be exciting to see Salman as a parent again, isn’t it? Last he had essayed this character in Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai; since then, we have been missing this avatar.
