Former fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has lost his calm after Pakistan team lost to West Indies. He called the captain Misbah Ul Haq as coward & selfish.
“I have not seen a coward and selfish captain like Misbah in the history of Pakistan cricket” Akhtar told the Geo News TV channel. He is not coming up the the order to protect the other players. He is only playing for himself and not for the team. He said I’m not able to understand why he cannot come one down the order to protect the Pakistan batting line up and make it more stronger.
Akhtar, known as the Rawalpindi Express was at one time, fastest bowler in the world, and played in 163 one-day internationals for Pakistan.
He also made fun of Misbah’s english speaking. He went ahead speaking about Waqar younis that what role he is playing as coach of the Pakistan team. His frustration was shown in the special show conducted by Geo News TV Channel. He said Misbah doesn’t even know what should he speak in the post match presentation. Misbah said Pakistan batting line up is not at all talented. He went ahead making fun of other players too.
