Imagine coming back after enjoying a great vacation and getting the shock of your life with a whopping electricity bill of Rs.55 crore that you have to pay.
This nightmare has actually come true in a family from Jharkhand, Mr Krishna Prasad who went for a holiday with his family came back to receive a bill from the Jharkhand’s power supply, after which he literally bolted down and his wife had to go the doctor for check up because of the after shock.
It has neither being stated as a printing mistake or any sort of cliche, nor the bill is for a factory or any sort of plant. What is more shocking is the fact that the family of g=five stays in 2-bedroom apartment and do not even have an Air Conditioner to put the blame for such a massive “Heart Attack” bill.
But later after the investigation, it came out in open that it was the fault from Jharkhand Electricity Department end and they have taken action against the culprits for making such a blunder. Two of the employees from the Electricity department made such a blunder and now have been suspended, paying their price for the Shock they gave to the family.
