In a recent revelation, it was confirmed by doctors of JJ Hospital on Monday that the 24-yr actress was pregnant and perhaps had an abortion prior to the so-called suicide. This revelation based on examining histopathological from uterus’ tissues might give the case a whole new twist.
“The findings showed that there was a conception few days or a month before her demise, and there was a premature death of the foetal cell,” Times Of India was told by a source. “The products of conception, or the placental or foetal tissue in the uterus found following delivery, termination of pregnancy or a miscarriage, were infected and degenerated. That usually hints towards a secondary infection, probably occurring due to an attempt to terminate the pregnancy.”
However, experts are of the opinion that it won’t be easy for cops to make out as to who was the father of the baby. As per an expert, “Since there are no tissues left or rather they were removed, it may be challenging to carry out a DNA test to establish the child’s paternity.”
In the words of Dean Dr TP Lahane, “We cannot reveal the findings. The report has been handed over to the police.” Numerous departments are at work for finding out the reason of her death and till now, they have merely a preliminary autopsy report stating “ligature over the neck with asphyxia” as the case.
