As far the match is concerned, SRH won the toss and decided to bowl first on their home ground. Rohit Sharma (28 runs, 18 balls, 6 fours) and Ishan Kishan (38 runs, 31 balls, 3 fours & 2 sixes) gave a steady start to their team but it was Cameron Green who shined like a star in the MI innings as he scored 64 runs in just 40 balls and his innings included 6 fours & 2 sixes. MI scored 192/5 in their stipulated 20 overs and in response, the whole SRH team got out for 178 runs in 19.5 overs and MI won the match by 14 runs.

Rohit Sharma is the most successful skipper of the IPL as MI has won 5 IPL titles under his leadership and this year is very important for Hitman as he will be leading the team in the WTC finals and the ODI World Cup as well.

Congratulations Rohit Sharma!
