‘Great Grand Masti’ has opened to very poor collections. Yes, this 3rd installment of the 2004 hit ‘Masti’ wasn’t received well by the audiences and critics. It was supposed to be released on the 22nd of July, but owing to the online leak, makers decided to prepone the release to 15th of July. The opening day collections were very poor, i.e. just 2.5 crores.
Now, do you know how much the movie has collected on the 2nd day i.e. Saturday? Well, owing to a weekend, everyone expected the movie to do pretty well on Saturday. Unfortunately, even on the 2nd day, the movie has collected just 2.5 crores, bringing the total to 5 crores!
1st day collections- 2.5 crores!
2nd day collections- 2.5 crores!
Total – 5 crores!
Even Urvashi Rautela, Aftab Shivdasani, Riteish Deshmukh and Vivek Oberoi expressed displeasure over the collections. The online leak has literally ‘Killed’ the collections, thereby causing huge losses.
On the other hand, ‘Sultan’, the Salman Khan starrer is still doing very good at the box office. Have a look at the 11th day collections!

Woahhhh! The movie has earned 11.46 crores on Saturday, which is simply amazing, isn’t it? With this, the total has reached 248.05 crores, making the movie reach near the 250 crore mark.
