There is no denying the fact that audiences loved watching Sunil Grover performing in The Kapil Sharma Show and after he quit it, the TRP ratings of TKSS dipped severely.
Just to remind you, Sunil left the show after the mid-air brawl that took place in the flight in which the whole team was returning from Melbourne after performing a live show. According to reports, Kapil got drunk during the flight and misbehaved with his team members including Sunil Grover.
At present, there is no hope of Sunil returning to the show and it is quite visible that Kapil is struggling pretty hard for increasing the ratings. On the other hand, Sunil is just performing in live shows and is now facing a legal trouble.
Earlier, it was reported that an organizer named Rajpal Shah filed a cheating case against the comedian and his manager. The organizer alleged that they agreed to do a show with him but refused later. He added that they were doing a live show at another location with another organizer for higher money. Sunil’s manager had accepted Rs. 10 Lakhs in advance from the organizer; however, they claimed to have returned the amount.
The organizer has now filed a criminal conspiracy case also against the comedian and his manager Devang Shah. However, members of Sunil’s team stated that they refused to do the show with Rajpal because of the issue with date.
The live show which is the subject of all the controversy was about to happen on 27th May in Ahmedabad and tickets had already been sold out for the same.
