The match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad which was played yesterday at Rajeev Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad, gave a chance to the Indian cricket fans to witness some great batting from both the sides. While Heinrich Klaasen played a sensational knock of 104 runs (51 balls, 8 fours & 6 sixes) for his team SRH, it was Virat Kohli’s knock of 100 runs (63 balls, 12 fours & 4 sixes) which made the Indian cricket fans super happy as it was after four years that he has touched the three digit mark.
This century matters more for the fans of Virat Kohli because in the IPL 2022, Virat got out for golden duck in both the league matches against SRH and this was the best comeback by King Kohli.
With this century, Virat Kohli also equaled Chris Gayle’s record of the maximum number of centuries, this was the sixth century of Virat and with this win, the chances of RCB playing the playoffs has increased substantially.

RCB fans are quite hopeful that their favourite team will win its first IPL title this year because the top three batters – Virat Kohli, Faf du Plessis and Glenn Maxwell are in superb form and the RCB bowlers are also bowling pretty well.
RCB is one of those few teams which have been playing in the IPL since its inaugural edition of 2008 but haven’t won even a single title despite being among the strongest teams in almost every season.
RCB will be playing its next match on 21 May against Gujarat Titans and SRH will also play its next match on the same day against five times champion Mumbai Indians.
