Long empty stranded streets in Delhi are eventually an ideal place to rape and throw the victim on street. It is a taboo for the girls to wear short skirts, plunging neckline as that invites rape – whoever said so really needs to start taking lessons from the core again.
We cannot change the mindset of people, and cannot even argue why Rape happens. But what we can do is take lesson from this Cab driver who had all the opportunity to rape the girl and leave her suffering. But why did he not rape her? The police was not there! Actually nobody was there. It was the “Perfect” way..
