When Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh made their grand entry at their big fat Bengaluru wedding reception, a song was heard slithering out of the loudspeakers back then. It caught everyone’s attention and soon was discovered to be a Punjabi peppy number by The Doorbeen.
Bollywood superstars like Alia Bhatt and Jacqueline Fernandez are also grooving to it. The song is definitely not a typical Punjabi dance number though it seeks the youth faithfully. According to Baba the idea of this song came from the tune of an old Punjabi folk song, Chitta Kukkad.
They wrote the lyrics for the youth and the word Lamberghini unconsciously came into it, with the flow. They started working on this, at the end of 2017. Baba and Singh collected four Lakh rupees from friends and shot the video in a resort of Goa. Here is the original video.
