Yoga!! Yoga is one of the most precious & prestigious gifts Indian tradition has given to the world. Yoga gives man peace of mind and teaches us how to lead our life with a positive mindset. Yoga which has its roots in ancient India is now practiced in a number of nations. As proposed & accepted by 175 nations in UN General Assembly last year, 21st June of every year is celebrated as International Yoga Day. Indian Prime Minister NARENDRA MODI proposed and suggested the date as 21st June as it is the longest day of the year.
Today in most parts of the world, 2nd Annual International Yoga Day was celebrated which witnessed millions of people practicing Yoga. Many prominent leaders of India including Prime Minister Modi & several others across the globe were seen doing yoga.
