1. Dinesh Karthik:
The Indian cricketer who is also active in the field of commentary is one of the most loved cricketers of the present times as of-late, he has played some terrific cricket in the shortest format of the game.
Dinesh Karthik played for Tamil Nadu in the domestic cricket and he got married at a young age of 21 yrs to Nikita Vanjara, his childhood friend. Parents of Dinesh and Nikita were good friends and they decided to get their kids married as soon as they reached the age of marriage.
In 2007, Dinesh and Nikita got married but after 5 years of marriage, Nikita started developing feelings for another Indian cricketer Murali Vijay who also happened to be the friend of her husband Dinesh Karthik. During an important match of Tamil Nadu against Karnataka in the Vijay Hazare Trophy, DK came to know about Nikita and Murali’s affair and he decided to give divorce to Nikita. In 2012 when Dinesh Karthik divorced Nikita, she was pregnant. Currently she is living a happy married life with Murali Vijay and they both have three kids.
In 2015, DK got married to Indian squash player Dipika Pallikal whom he got to meet during fitness sessions as they both had the same trainer. Dinesh and Dipika are also proud parents of two kids.
2. Tillakaratne Dilshan:
The former Sri Lankan cricketer Tillakaratne Dilshan is considered as one of the most skillful cricketers of all times as he was able to bat, bowl, field and keep wickets as well. Tillakaratne Dilshan was married to Nilanka Vithange and they were living happily with their son Resadu Tillakaratne until Nilanka met another Sri Lankan cricketer, Upul Tharanga.
Nilanka and Upul fell in love with each other and as Tillakaratne came to know about it, he divorced Nilanka. Nilanka and Upul Tharanga got married to each other and Nilanka got custody of her son with Tillakaratne.
During the inaugural edition of the IPL which was in 2008, Tillakaratne Dilshan got married to actress Manjula Thilini and now the couple has two daughters and two sons.
