There is no denying the fact that Kapil Sharma’s “Comedy Nights With Kapil” had been one of the most watched and loved TV shows ever. When it went off air on account of differences between ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’ actor Kapil and Colors channel, its fans were deeply disappointed; however, here is again news that Kapil is making a comeback with a new show on a different channel. And name of this brand new show will be Comedy Style which will be telecast on Sony TV.
CNWK has been replaced by a new show named “Comedy Nights Live” featuring Krushna Abhishek and other comedians such as Bharti and Sudesh Lahiri. The first episode of Comedy Nights Live did not receive good reviews and failed to impress the audience. What’s more, in a recent interview, Krushna slammed Kapil for leaving the channel which actually made him what he is today.
There has been no response from Kapil’s side till now but Kiku Sharda, who is better known as Palak, has spoken up on the matter. When he was asked about his opinion on Comedy Nights Live and Krushna getting criticized after the very first episode, he maintained, “This is bound to happen and the legacy what Kapil has made nobody can take it forward.”
He further stated, “There are many rumours that go on, which shouldn’t be believed. There are good things also that Krushna has said, we should see those also.”
He also made it clear that, “Even if I was paid high sum I would not share the same stage with any other show.”
It’s good to see that Kapil’s team is supporting him; we hope to see them again; on a different channel, of course!
