This Man Daily Feeds Poor People Whom He Doesn’t Even Know. Can You Imagine How Many Everyday?

We have seen that the space below the flyovers is being used to park vehicles, mostly heavy vehicles but one person has found a splendid use of the space below the flyovers. We are talking about Azhar Maqsusi; this 36 yr old Hyderabadi is literary a source of motivation for all of us as he is not only making a better use of space below flyover but also feeding 100-120 people daily.

One day Azhar noticed a handicap lady beggar near the Railway Station and this is when it started. He made a decision that he will definitely do something to help her. From the very next day, Azhar started serving his wife’s cooked food to all the hungry people near the Railway Station and the one time activity has transformed into a full time program.

At present, Azhar with his wife is feeding nearly 100-120 a meal in a day. A good number of poor and homeless people who are not even able to buy a basic meal, gather daily under the Dabeerpura Bridge in Hyderabad. Standing in lines with clean plates in their hands, people wait for their turn to get healthy food. There is no disorder while serving rice which is followed by dal and khichdi.

Three years have passed by since Azhar started it, but we can still see him running from one side to other side of the flyover serving food in the plates of hungry people. The best part is that Azhar has got some friends also who have joined him in this noble task.
