For more than a decade, Hubert did not purchase any lottery ticket but this time, he was very lucky as one of the lottery scratch cards had jackpot of $1 million. Hubert is a bartender and has decided to save a major part of his prize money, while spending only a little amount. What is more, he wants to continue his job and is probably planning to purchase a new car for his mother.
