“Tina In Neetu Out”! Rishi Kapoor Slaps Yellow Journalism On Twitter

Rishi Kapoor has been quite active on social media for about last few months, whether it is for his beef comments or the recent “birthday wish” to Twinkle Khanna and this all contributed to make him in limelight for both positive as well as negative reasons. Now-a-days, the veteran actor has started posting cover pages of magazines published years back with his photo on the cover and a sensational headline which involved his name. He’s making fun of magazines, in fact disrespecting or insulting them, for headlines they used to increase the readership.

Here are few tweets by Rishi Kapoor:

Headline: Rishi Kapoor Answers The Charges Against Him

A year after Bobby,what charges could I be framed for?Press sensationalism-exists even today! But then,I was a star! pic.twitter.com/Cz5Le5jK1d

He felt like a tailor after reading the headline on this magazine:

I wonder what the journo meant by that? Makes me sound like a "Tailor"(darzi) lol pic.twitter.com/2IEtWzOjKA

— Rishi Kapoor (@chintskap) January 6, 2016

And this truly made him upset:

Reason why these type of magazines shut down. Yellow journalism. Wrote anything to sell! pic.twitter.com/CPxkl65sbs

Not to forget this one:

Ye bhi pad lo.Kuch bhi likho to sensationalise. We were too naive to take any action. They wrote and then apologised pic.twitter.com/MucU6DLudt

Even though the text on the cover page is not much clear, it reads, “Tina in Neetu out” which definitely turned the romantic hero into an angry young man!
