Jio has been the KING, ever since the day it launched. It successfully attracted customers with its lucrative data and calling offers. While other telecom operators are busy creating controversies, Jio is busy achieving milestones.
The company doesn’t believe in looking back; couple of months we reported about Jio being declared as the fastest 4G network in India? Well, it is still standing firm at that position.
TRAI conducted speed tests through MySpeed applicatio in the month of June and Reliance Jio has topped the list of fastest 4G service provider again.
Its 4G download speed has done the magic. Want to know the speed? Well, it is a whopping 18.9 mbps!
In the month of May, the download speed was 19.12 mbps, but it has slightly fallen this time. In spite of this dip in speed, there are no worries, as Jio continues to lead. Jio has maintained its top position for not 1 or 2 months but for 7 months continuously.

After Jio, we have Vodafone on the 2nd position with a download speed of 12.2 mbps and Idea on the 3rd position with a speed of 11.66 position. Bharti Airtel was 4th with 8.23 mbps speed. As of now, TRAI hasn’t released the data of other providers. There is a lot of difference between the speed of Jio and Vodafone.
Idea topped in terms of upload speed!
Upload speed of Jio seems to be low, as compared to Idea and Vodafone. Here’s the chart;
First on the list is Idea with a 7.49 mbps upload speed, followed by Vodafone with 7.04 upload speed. 3rd is Jio with 4.73 mbps speed.
Customers like fast download speeds and Jio has been successful in giving the same. Hope it continues to top the download speed list for months to come.
