The attack on Sanjay Leela Bhansali brought the whole of Bollywood together. The Karni Sena ran riots on the sets of Bhansali’s Padmavati starring Shahid Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. Trollers Attack Sushant After He Added His Surname Back! This Is How He Replied! - RVCJ Media

Sushant Singh Rajput had earlier removed his Surname from his twitter handle to show his support for Sanjay Leela Bhansali and also to express his sorrow that he shared his Surname with the ones involved in that act of violence. However, Sushant got his Surname back on a day later and that meant that the twitter troll community had a reason to start off their usual game of jokes and abuses.

This is how twitteratis trolled Sushant and questioned him about his short-lived support in a manner that Sushant would have least exepected

Sushant Singh Rajput in no way said that he doesn’t feel proud to be a Rajput and he only wanted to show that a few rogued spots do not represent the entire clan. Earlier, Sushant in an interview had explained why he removed his Surname and also why he put it back a day later. He said, “Yes, I did it for a day to show that the unfortunate action is not what everyone with that surname endorses. They do not represent the entire Rajputs. There are ways to express your ideas, but violence is never an answer, and that too just on mere speculation. I am not changing my name that was a way to express that I don’t endorse the view of a particular group which claims to be the representative of entire Rajputs and probably India.”

Indeed Sushant has done what a true Rajput would have done in this situation, stood up against the wrong! Sushant’s move was well appreciated by a lot of people and that too could be witnessed on Sushant’s timeline which is flooded with such tweets that Sushant himself retweeted.

Sushant is a witty man and we know all these Trolls are not enough to bog him down. Do let us know your views about this ‘Surname Row’ in our comments section below.
