No you aren’t watching any movie! This has actually happened at a marriage in Kunigal’s Kollapuradamma hall. On Sunday, around 300 guests came in for attending the wedding and were all shocked when the groom from Bengaluru called off the wedding owing to bad quality food served at the reception.
But there was a twist in the tale as a distant relative of the bride who also came in for attending the wedding voluntarily agreed to marry her.
As per the guests who were present there, the parents of the groom fought with the family of the girl owing to poor quality sambar and rasam served at the reception. The groom, in the middle of the wedding got up to defend his parents and left the venue.
The family of the girl was confused and failed to understand what went wrong since both of them had given their consent for marriage. The family members of the girl said that they were insulted in front of guests but luckily God saved them!
