In the older times, we used to mug up the phone numbers of those whom we used to call frequently and wrote down the numbers of others in a diary which we used to keep with us. However with the advent of smartphones, it has become very easy for us to save the phone numbers of as many people as we want. The smartphones have made us smart as well because now we don’t need to remember any number as we can easily dial the number by searching the name in the contact list.

But everyone has his own style of saving the numbers as some people like to save the number by writing the full name while several others write only first name and there are few who save phone numbers by the nickname.
