This Unique 3D Zebra Crossing Designed By 2 Women Is What Every City In India Badly Needs

There is absolutely no denying the fact that 3D street art has something extraordinary in it and no one can just resist the charm and magical effect it creates. And the whole credit goes to visual appeal which makes it so awesome that we just can’t ignore.

Here we show you a distinctive and amazing example of 3D street art designed by Ahmedabad artists Shakuntala Pandya and Saumya Pandya Thakkar. Their innovation is no doubt quite interesting but at one fell swoop, it also ascertains pedestrians’ road safety. As far as the purpose of this spectacular design is concerned, this new Zebra Crossings pattern is for drivers to become more attentive while driving.

Its effect has been tested in the city and the concept has been approved too by authorities who found it successful in Ahmedabad. Nevertheless, designs have limitations on account of highway norms. This 3D zebra crossing creates the illusion effect and drivers get an impression as if there’s a blockade and they slow down. It’s a great concept to be implemented near areas which are prone to accident as well as schools and colleges so that accidents can be minimized and roads become safe for pedestrians.
