The Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela is making headlines for quite some time now, not for her acting or movies but because of cricketers. Earlier in an interview she claimed that a person named Mr. RP tried to meet her, waited for hours, called her many times but she wasn’t able to meet him because of her hectic schedule. She added that she called him later on and they decided to meet in Mumbai but things became little uncomfortable after mediapersons tried to click them.
Though she didn’t name anyone, everyone knew that she was talking about the Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant and it got confirmed as the left handed wicketkeeper-batsman made a post in which he took a jibe at the actress without taking her name, saying that some people can do anything to get publicity. Urvashi also responded to the post and called Rishabh Pant as ‘RP Chotu Bhaiya’ and asked him to focus on batting.
Urvashi further made news when she went to watch both the matches of India against Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2022 and it gave a chance to memers to flood social media with creative gags and memes. However, an unexpected turn came when Urvashi Rautela posted an edited video in which she was seen with Pakistani cricketer Naseem Shah and the video tried to show that romance was brewing between them.
This certainly did not go well with Pakistani fans who trolled Urvashi and asked her to stay away from him. On being asked about the videos and the actress, Naseem Shah says that though people have sent him the videos, he has no idea as to who she (Urvashi) is. He further says that his only focus is on match and cricket, he has nothing special in him and he is really grateful to all those who come to watch match and give respect to them.

After little controversy got erupted over her and the cricketer’s video, Urvashi also posted a clarification as she posted, “Couple of days back, my team shared all fan-made cute edits (around 11-12) without any knowledge of other people involved in it. Would Kindly request the media to not create any sort of news. Thanking you all love you”.
