Valentine’s Day is going to be celebrated after a few days and we will get to see a lot of moral policing happening in some parts of the country. Moral police is a group of people who, on their own, take the responsibility to stop all the wrong activities which are happening around them and the only wrong activity that they can see happening is the friendship and relationship of unmarried opposite genders.
They don’t mind indulging in eve-teasing themselves but for them a boy and a girl can’t be just good friends and if they are even talking together, they are committing a crime. Blaming them completely is also not correct in view of the fact that if we surrender in front of them and remain silent, we are encouraging them and hence, we are also responsible for being harassed equally.
