After Victory On Cricket Field & Twitter, Virender Sehwag Is All Set For His Web Series!

Virender Sehwag, the Indian cricketer may not be hitting sixers and fours on the cricket field nowadays but he is doing the same on the social media networks, especially on the micro-blogging site Twitter.

He has become the Twitter King, thanks to his hilarious and witty tweets! Who can afford to miss the tweets that he made for birthday wishes and only he could have trolled the British journalist, Piers Morgan, the way he did.

Sehwag has also created a niche for himself when it comes to cricket commentary. After scoring 72 half-centuries and 38 centuries in all the formats of the game, the Sultan of Multan is now ruling the commentary box, Twitter and of course, our hearts too. His recent tweet regarding the long queues outside ATMs and banks not only shows his wisdom but also compels us to think about the nation.

The Nawab of Najafgarh has also helped son of a farmer through Twitter but now he is aiming for something big.

The daring cricketer already has a huge fan following on the social media and very soon, he will be seen in a web series on Video on Demand (VOD) service – Viu.

Now if you want to know what the web series is all about, this image is the only thing we can share with you in this regard:

You need to wait till the next week to know whether it is “Sehwag ke funde” or “Sehwag ka gyaan”.

We already had a great time when earlier this year, Viru paaji got featured on “What the Duck?”, cricket humorist Vikram Sathaye’s show on Viu.

You must have remembered this:

Feeling excited after it?

You can follow Viu on Twitter – @Viu_IN, Facebook – Viu India and Instagram – viuindia, for getting regular updates about the show and you can watch the web series by either downloading the Viu Android app from the Google Play Store or on www.viu.com.
