This Viral Facebook Post Of A Pune Working Mom Shows Mirror To Our Politicians

Working women often have to face problems in managing both office as well as home if they happen to be mothers too, especially the ones who have young kids. One such working mom named Swati Chitalkar from Pune shared a post on Facebook which is not only emotional but also shows mirror to our politicians who sleep in the assembly instead of focusing on their work properly.

Swati works for Syndicate Bank and her post shows her young son, who is in fever, lying on the floor at her office, as she could not afford a leave due to processing a loan on an urgent basis. Her son was not well and hence, not ready to stay with anyone else other than her, so she had to take him with her. And look how brilliantly she is playing the role of a mother besides carrying out her official job.

Here’s her Facebook post:

“Its not a baby on a floor ,its my heart on the floor. He was fully fevered not ready to stay with any body. As half day is over I couldn’t take leave in between and a urgent release of loan was there . but I could manage to mind my both the duties. Just want to convey the message to ministers who sleeps in assembly”

Swati’s Facebook post shortly went viral as it was moving plus she spoke her heart out which was actually the truth. And this is what touched a number of people who supported her widely. Her post got over 17K shares and people started sympathizing with her but she was bold enough in herself and didn’t need anyone’s mercy.

Swati shared that pic and post because she simply wanted to speak her mind and not interested in gaining people’s sympathy or pity! Indeed, her post highlighted the general problems working mothers have to go through while laying emphasis on ministers who get a chance to serve the nation but instead, they choose to sleep at workplace.

Swati also thanked people later for supporting her in another Facebook post:
