Yesterday was a great day for the Indian cricketer Virat Kohli and his fans as the cricketer smashed a century in the IPL after a gap of four years and also helped his team in winning the match against Sunrisers Hyderabad. The match was played at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad, and Virat Kohli once again justified the title of “chase master” which is given to him by his fans as he is known for chasing the targets and making his team win matches.
However, there were many fans of Virat Kohli who didn’t miss this opportunity of trolling Gautam Gambhir and Naveen-ul-Haq. If you remember, Virat and LSG pacer Naveen had an altercation during the match which was played between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore and later on, LSG mentor Gautam Gambhir also got involved in an ugly spat with Virat Kohli.
The Afghan pacer Naveen-ul-Haq also made cryptic posts targeting Virat Kohli especially the one which he made during the match between RCB and Mumbai Indians as the former tasted defeat in that match.

This century is also important for Virat Kohli because in the IPL 2022, he got out for golden ducks against SRH in both the league matches and this is certainly the comeback that his fans wanted to see.
With this century, Virat Kohli not only strengthened chances of RCB playing in the play-offs but he also equaled the record of West Indian cricketer Chris Gayle of scoring maximum centuries. Virat and Chris have six-six centuries to their names in the IPL and it was the third time in the history of the IPL that two players scored centuries and first time when a player of each side got a ton.
