Mitchell Johnson, the former Australian fast bowler and Virat Kohli, the Indian batsmen have a long standing rivalry which never seems to end even after the latter’s retirement. Today, at a press conference before India Vs Aus match, Kohli had stated that he loves pressure situations. This match at Mohali was an entry for India into the semi-finals.
When someone asked him if there is pressure on him and India side, Virat replied “For me stepping into the cricket field is an opportunity, not a pressure situation. I look at it as a challenge that I need to overcome.”

Johnson who had taken the wicket of Kohli last year in World-Cup semi-final had an opportunity of taking a dig at him. He then mentioned that Kohli was missing during such a pressure situation!

After that, Virat Kohli had only one option to shut the mouth of Mitchell Johnson and that was through his bat. Virat Kohli single-handedly took away the match from Aussies by scoring 82 runs in just 51 balls. In the end, Johnson had no other option but to congratulate Virat Kohli for his brilliant innings.
