Needless to say, the battle between different telecom companies is increasing day by day and it seems that Vodafone has made up mind of giving a tough competition to its rivals Airtel and Reliance Jio by launching lucrative and new offers to attract consumers.
As per the new offers by Vodafone, the customer can get 4 times the data, by paying the original cost. Earlier, users used to get 1 GB in the Rs 250 pack, but now they are getting 4 GB in it, amazing, isn’t it?
The company is offering almost four times data to its prepaid customers; however, the prices of these net packs will differ from circle to circle. Vodafone has been compelled to provide such lucrative schemes to the customers because of the competition that has increased a lot after Reliance Jio made an entry into the Indian telecom market.
These new net packs have been announced by Vodafone as a mark of celebrations of crossing the count of 200 million customers. Not only this, now the Vodafone prepaid customers will get 22 GB data @Rs. 999, while earlier only 10 GB (4G) data was given at the same price.
The 4X data pack can be purchased through local retailers and digital channels. However, all data packs won’t offer 4X data; it’s just the Rs 250 pack which is offering this benefit.
Here is the detail of other net packs with their prices offered by Vodafone:
• 1GB @ Rs.150
• 4GB @ Rs.250
• 6GB @ Rs.350
• 9GB @ Rs.450
• 13GB @ Rs.650
• 22GB@ Rs.999, and
• 35GB @ Rs.1,500
This is what the Chief Commercial Officer of Vodafone India, Sandeep Kataria, said on the launch of these net packs,
“Our customers are consuming more of content and video online. With these super rich data packs, our rapidly growing base of 4G customers across 17 circles can enjoy much more of mobile Internet while remaining confidently connected on Vodafone SuperNet 4G. It will also encourage first time and limited users of mobile Internet to explore more by providing greater value. They can access four times more of their favourite content online for the same cost in a truly worry free manner.”
