There have been a number of controversies with regard to 9/11 attacks; for instance, some people are of the opinion that it was a pre-planned act. Talking of this, 9/11 attacks refer to 4 coordinated terrorist attacks series which is said to have been performed on US by al-Qaeda, Islamic terrorist group, on Tuesday morning of 11th September in the year 2001. These attacks also included suicide attacks meant for targeting emblematic landmarks of the United States.
4 passenger aircrafts departed from airports for California had been hijacked by 19 terrorists of al-Qaeda. 2 of these, United Airlines Flight 175 & American Airlines Flight 11 had been crashed into South & North towers and within 102 minutes, the two towers of 110 storys collapsed. American Airlines Flight 77, the 3rd airliner, crashed into Pentagon whereas United Airlines Flight 93, the 4th one, crashed into a field close to Shanksville. This had been the most horrible incident for law enforcement officials & firefighters in which 72 and 343 were killed respectively.
