This could be hands down one of the best way to propose. Shelby Turner got the biggest surprise of her life when her boyfriend got her an adorable puppy with a special thing tied on his collar. The girl who was already overwhelmed after seeing this adorable puppy got another surprise within just few seconds.
She nearly broke down when she found the wedding ring on the puppies collar and yet managed to say YES!. On the other hand, the cute puppy who had no idea that he is a part of the proposal has got a new and what looks like a loving family. Fortunately, the guy had this special proposal captured, so that everyone can learn something from it 😉
