Rajiv Dhingra, the director of ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ is quite keen for making a Bollywood film with Kapil Sharma. He was associated with this show since the time it started. He directed the 1st 30 episodes of the show which ran for around 3 years before it went off-air.
Here’s good news for Kapil fans
Rajiv stated that he has plans of making a film with him and talks are going on. Both of them are childhood friends and so he is quite interested to work with him. He had an idea in mind which he discussed with Kapil. Even the comedian liked the idea very much. The film would be a light hearted comedy.
‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ had become a very celebrated show on TV as several Bollywood celebrities had made an appearance on it. It starred Sunil Grover, Sumona Chakravarti, Ali Asgar and many more.
The director says that it was the team’s sincere effort owing to which the show was a hit. He further says that Kapil is an honest and hardworking man. He is such a position due to his hard work alone. He is same director who directed super hit Punjabi movie ‘Love Punjab’. As of now, Rajiv is quite happy over the success of his film ‘Love Punjab’. He says he didn’t expect such a response.
