However, Anushka Sharma gave an interview in the year 2013 and in that interview, she quashed all the reports of cold war with Deepika Padukone. Anushka stated that she has no problem with Deepika or with anyone else in the industry. When Anushka was asked about the cold war with Deepika Padukone, Anushka stated that she has come to work in Bollywood and not to get into fight with others. She further said that she is happy with what she is doing and Deepika must be happy in her life and all the reports about both of them are false. She called it a Domino’s effect as the stories must have been cooked up about them and all the gossips must be full of lies. Anushka further added that basically this is the wrong manner in which the women are perceived in the Indian movie industry.

Anushka Sharma also attended Ranveer and Deepika’s wedding reception in Mumbai and in an interview, Ranveer Singh also stated that it was very important and special for him that Anushka came in the reception.

Currently, Anushka is seen cheering her husband Virat Kohli in the matches as the ICC ODI World Cup is being played in India.
