Two brilliant actors of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal will be back together after a long period of 4 years and if you want to say thanks to anyone for this, he is none other than producer Rohit Shetty. Akshay and Paresh have given a lot of superhit movies together and it was Oh My God (OMG) in which they were seen together last.
One more good thing is that the director of the flick will be Priyadarshan who has directed many blockbuster films of Akshay and Paresh, such as Hera Pheri, Bhagam Bhag, Bhool Bhulaiya, De Dana Dan and Garam Masala.
It seems that this movie will be a laugh riot as a source has revealed,
“Akshay will play a loud, fun-loving Punjabi character in Rohit’s production. The shooting will start from April next year and take place in Mumbai and Punjab. Paresh has been busy with politics ever since he won the Lok Sabha ticket for the BJP and has done very few films, but he and Priyan are friends, so the actor is making time for this film. He plays a pivotal role in the film.”
The talks are also going on for Hera Pheri 3, which will star Akshay, Paresh and Suniel in the lead roles, however nothing has been finalized yet.
Priyadarshan has given confirmation regarding his collaboration with Rohit Shetty as he said,
“The film is being written by me and Chennai Express writer Yunus. The actress is yet to be finalised. After three years of silence, I made Oppam (2016), which is the biggest hit of my career. Its success is so inspiring. It’s time to come to Bollywood again.”
Priyadarshan worked with Mohanlal after two decades for Oppam and it was a blockbuster at the box-office. Rohit Shetty also has some big plans as he has the rights for Temper, the Telugu superhit, however Rohit is not going to direct the movie. The original movie starred Jr. NTR and Kajal Aggarwal; it was based on the story of a corrupt police official and a powerful smuggler.
