Finally, the most exciting and adventurous show “Roadies 15” has come to an end. Yes, the finale was aired today and the winner was announced.
Any guesses who won this show? Well, the winner is none other than Shweta Mehta from Neha Dhupia’s gang. Yes, she beat Baseer Ali from Prince Narula’s team and took away the title.
The show began with 16 contestants, but after eliminations, there were a total of 6 semi-finalists. However, Shweta reached the finals after leaving everyone behind and won the trophy!
It is said that after winning the show, Shweta is already getting offers from the entertainment industry, but she’s more interested in focusing on her passion i.e. fitness. Shweta also says that she’s happy to have lived up to her gang leader Neha Dhupia’s expectations.
In an interview with Indian Express, Shweta said,
“Everybody comes in the show to win and I too participated with the same aspirations. I just wanted people to realise that there is nothing a girl can’t do and here I am. It was such a proud moment for me to see Neha ma’am glowing with joy when my name was announced. I had told her that when I reach the finale, I want her stylist to do my hair We both kept our promise. Roadies was a dream run that has given me confidence and I am raring to go now.”
