Woman Gang Raped By Two Sadhus In Meerut Ashram - RVCJ Media

The so-called baba’s and sadhus who show that they are the ultimate sin-eliminator of the society are gaining momentum to the one doing most number of sins. And, one such case has surfaced into the media again.

On the day of Poornima Puja (Full-Moon Worship Day), a 35 year old woman went to the Ashram in village Nangli in Meerut of proclaimed sadhu along with her engineer husband to offer prayer. A fair is organised every year on the eve of Poornima, and this time when the couple were returning after having the “langar”(Free food), two sadhu’s asked the couple to accompany them in ashram.

According to the victim, two sadhu then gang raped the women keeping her husband as hostage. The women was afraid that she might face shame and disgrace from the society, thus avoided filing a report against the cuplrits. However, she gathered courage and went to Daurala women police station, on Thursday, almost a week after the incident and registered a complaint against the Sadhu’s. A case has been registered against the two accused Feru (40) and Raju (22), said the ASP, adding that she was medically examined and police are looking for the accused.

The so-called Sadhu’s in India have been creating havoc, with increasing number of crime reported against them. Using people on the basis of religious beliefs is another sin mostly created by the so-called proclaimed sadhu’s.

However, the chief priest of Ashram, Pinky Maharaj said the duo is not associated with the Ashram and police should arrest them.

Do you really have any comments about the incident? I am Speechless.
