Molestation has become a common affair these days; every now and then, we hear of women being raped, molested or eve-teased.
Even in public places, these incidents can’t be avoided. Another video has surfaced on social media, in which a woman is being openly molested in Mumbai local & bystanders are just watching and shooting videos instead of helping her.
This happened in the train from Kalyan to Dadar in the handicapped compartment. It’s shameful to see how no one tried stopping that man. He tortured her in the worst way and we are shocked to see the video.
Although the woman tried fighting back, she fell weak in front of him. the woman even came close to the door of the train to save herself.
Later, some passengers informed the Dadar police and the accused identified as Rafique Shaikh was arrested. Well, if reports are to be believed, the man owned her a lot of money & due to this, they had got into a big fight.
Since she didn’t listen to him, he molested and tried strangling her. He even pulled her hair and dragged her.
Another passenger said,
“Being 90% disabled could not do much to help as there was a threat to my life if I intervened. I asked the security person, who was in the ladies compartment, to pull the emergency alarm but he did not respond.”

This incident is indeed a dark spot for the Indian society. We must collectively raise our voice against such things.
