We often hear of many molestation cases, but this one is bizarre. Well, a 35 year old woman has filed an FIR against a 2 year old boy for molesting her as well as snatching her gold chain, do you think it’s possible?
According to reports by Hindustan Times, this woman from Bihar (Champaran district) filed a complaint on March 15, 2017 with the Patahi police station.
The 2 year old boy’s father said that the kid is experiencing sleepless nights ever since the complaint is lodged against him. Moreover, he also stated that the woman has purposely lodged this case in order to save her husband; what happened was that the woman’s husband was booked under IPC 379 and 307 (attempt to murder), after the 2 year old’s father sustained head injuries and filed a case against him.
So now, he feels that she’s taking revenge by putting his child in trouble. Moreover, he blames, Sunil Kumar, the Village head for instigating the woman to file a case.
He adds,
“Inspector Kanaiya Prasad, posted as station house officer at Patahi is persistently putting pressure on me to withdraw the case.”
Instead of taking action against culprits, police officials are threatening him to withdraw the case; currently the boy is traumatized.
