Employee satisfaction has become very important for organizations nowadays due to high attrition rate and for the same, these organizations are coming up with new ideas to improve their work culture and keep their employees happy.
However, a Chinese company in Tongzhou, Beijing, has made it compulsory for its female employees to kiss their boss on his lips daily every morning, as the company believes that it helps in team bonding as well as is a motivating factor for the female employees.
This company, which sells home brewery machines, has come under a lot of criticism since the video of its weird kissing practice has gone viral.

What’s more, two female employees were made to resign as they were against this bizarre kissing culture of the firm.
This idea was founded by the owner of the company and unsurprisingly, the women employees account for the 50% strength of the company.
We have heard about a lot of practices which are conducted in order to improve the work culture of the company and keep employees happy but never heard of such a weird practice like this.
