Internationally acclaimed Yoga Guru Ramdev Baba has been booked on Wednesday by Hyderabad cops. He previously alleged that if there had not been any Constitution, he’d have beheaded lacs of persons who don’t chant “Bharat Mata ki Jai”.
A medical college student named Mohd Bin Omer who also happens to be an activist of city-based Darsgah Jihad-O-Shahadat has lodged a complaint on the basis of which a case has been filed under IPC Section 295 A for “deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings”, as per an official.
According to M Srinivasa Rao, Assistant Commissioner of Police, the complainant has watched a YouTube video in which Yoga Guru can be seen threatening some specific community’s members.

Asaduddin Owaisi previously alleged that he wouldn’t chant “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” while Baba Ramdev maintained that if he did not respect Constitution and Indian law, he would’ve “beheaded” lacs of persons to deny chanting the slogan.
