You Are Going To Cry If You Ordered Freedom 251…. Here’s Why

On Tuesday, it was reported by Noida Authority that Ringing Bells Private Limited’s office did not have authorization and Sector 63 plot allottee did not obtain compulsory rent permission before letting out premises. Hence Ringing Bells office is not a legal one and it is illegal.

As per officers, an allottee cannot let out industrial space until and unless he takes Authority’s rent permission. This is what an officer stated in this connection, “The owner of the building has let out 1,500 sq ft area on the second floor to Ringing Bells without obtaining mandatory permission from the Noida Authority even though there exists a rent agreement between the allottee and the tenant.”

The officer added, “We had called the plot allottee for questioning during which he said he had applied for rent permission but it wasn’t granted as some documents could not be furnished that time.” and “As per our records, plot No. B-44 in Sector 63 was allotted to a garment export firm for industrial purposes in 2006. The building owner, however, has rented out the premises.”

On Monday, inspection of the premises was done by 3 members of the industrial department of Authority who came to know that the office is placed on the 2nd floor next to Ringing Bells’ office. Additionally, fabric had been stored in a godown. Area project engineers clicked pics of floors as well as the building and senior officers would shortly be given the joint report.

According to officers, investigation with regard to it is in progress and allottee will get a notice and have to give heavy penalty if any irregularity is found.
